On Tuesday, May 19th, as part of the governments Phase One plan to reopen the economy, it was announced that dealerships could re-open their doors again and that appointments for car shopping and test drives were no longer necessary. With our doors officially open, we continue to comply with the public-health guidelines set out for businesses. 

Level of Service

We continue to maintain a very limited staff in order to reduce the close physical proximity and contact among team members. Those that are working continue to practice 6 feet of separation for each other at all times.

Cleanliness & Hygiene at our Dealership

We continue to work diligently behind the scenes on ensuring our enhanced cleaning measures are maintained.

  • Upon entry ALL customers will need to sanitize their hands at the designated sanitize station. Customers wearing gloves will need to sanitize gloves as well.
  • Masks are not mandatory and up to the discretioin of the customer.
  • Designated areas have been set up to accommodate all sales appointments which allows for 6 feet of physical separation to be adhered to from our staff and the customer.
  • Increased cleaning & sanitization of our dealership continues regularly throughout the day at all major touchpoints and high traffic areas.
  • Increased presence of alcohol-based hand sanitizers at key locations throughout the dealership for staff.
  • Continued use of gloves by all automotive technicians and other affiliated service employees who encounter customer vehicles and our new/used fleet
  • COVID-19 Cleaned Vehicle Checklist has been developed which identifies areas that need to be disinfected in customer vehicles, trade-in vehicles, test drive vehicles or any vehicles used by staff. These checklists, once completed, will be left in the vehicles for customers and staff as confirmation that the vehicle has been disinfected.
  • All customers and employees will be required to wash or sanitize their hands before and after test drives.

Our online digital showroom is a great way to browse, shop, build and price our inventory from the comfort of your own home. We can also arrange to bring test drive vehicles to you directly (within city limits).

NEW: Shop for a Kia from the Comfort of Your Own Home

We now offer a complete online car shopping experience. Pick out your vehicle, have your trade appraised, complete your financing and select warranty and protection packages.

You can then leave a deposit to hold your vehicle, we will then finalize the transaction by showing you a video walkaround and complete all the details over the phone and send you the documention via email for return signature. All from the comfort of your own home.

On Monday, May 4th, as part of the governments Re-open Ontario strategy, it was announced that dealerships are now able to re-open again to the public by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Although we are officially open, we will continue to comply with the strict safety protocols set out for businesses in order to minimize the spread of COVID-19. These measures will continue for the near future until otherwise directed. Here is a new update on internal practices we have implemented.

NEW UPDATE - April 7, 2020

Based on the Province’s latest announcement on Friday, April 3rd, it was determined that dealers selling and leasing motor vehicles are not on the list of essential services. Therefore we will be temporarily closed for the next 14 days with the possibility of an extension as the situation evolves for the sake of the health of everyone to help slow the spread of COVID-19.

In these challenging times we are looking to maintain our normal levels of service. We currently remain open for business, supporting our customers for service and repair work and offering new and used car sales. Cleanliness & Hygiene at our Dealership

We have introduced enhanced processes to reduce the risk of passing on a possible infection. Within our dealership we have implemented the following:

  • Increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures across all major touchpoints, especially for those areas touched regularly by team members or customers
  • Increased signage and communication at major touchpoints and lavatories on correct handwashing and COVID-19 prevention measures
  • Increased presence of alcohol-based hand sanitizers at key locations throughout the dealership
  • Use of gloves by all automotive technicians and other affiliated service employees who encounter customer vehicles and our new/used fleet
  • Increased sanitization of steering wheel, buttons/switches, gear shift, handles and keys of every vehicle with disinfectant before and after vehicles are serviced. This process will also be used for all vehicle deliveries, and for demonstrator (test drive) and loan vehicles before and after they are used.

Latest guidance suggests packaging of parts and accessories is not a major source of possible infection, but we will happily wipe down such items with disinfectant at customer request on handover.
